Secretary/Grant Writer, Since 2024

Bonnie brings to Lamp Light Ministry a wealth of experience, with thirty-four years in education. 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and a Master’s degree in Literacy Education from Texas Woman’s University. 


Additionally, she completed the Educational Leadership Program at the University of North Texas-Dallas and holds certifications in Special Education, English as a Second Language, and Principal. 


Her accolades include: 

  • Co-Recipient of grants from the Chisholm Trail Education Foundation for the Texts that Matter and All Paws In!
  • Teacher of the Month, Mary Harris Intermediate 
  • Recipient of grants from Arlington     Education Foundation for Mobile Laptop Computer Lab, AlphaSmart Writers and Family Library Project

She is an active member of Crowley First United Methodist Church.

Minister Willie C. Love II, a native of Arkansas, embraced his ministry calling at the young age of twenty-four. 


With over thirty years of experience, he passionately serves in the fields of young adult and prison ministry at Greater Second Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas.


His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock. 


Minister Love's ultimate desire is to exercise his gifts in service of the Kingdom of God, seeking to fulfill His will.

Prosper Mawalla is an accomplished Software Project Manager with over ten years of experience in the tech industry. His track record includes successfully leading projects and implementing software solutions across diverse sectors such as healthcare, real estate, telecommunications, and food and beverage. 


Prosper's expertise spans product management, customer success management, and social media marketing. Prosper holds dual bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Central Arkansas. 


His extensive skill set and deep understanding of technology position him as a valuable asset to any organization. Beyond his professional achievements, Prosper is a passionate advocate for languages and culture. Fluent in Swahili, he savors exploring varied cuisines and immersing himself in new cultural experiences during his travels. 


In his leisure time, he actively participates in a range of sports, embracing new challenges and staying physically engaged.

Marcus Moss, hailing from Little Rock, Arkansas and raised in San Antonio, Texas, is a proud alumnus of James Madison High School and a former football scholar at Kansas State University. After his college years, 


Marcus dedicated himself to serving in the United States Army, showcasing unwavering commitment and exemplary leadership. 


With a robust thirty-year background in the transportation industry, Marcus has channeled his passion for logistics and community service into the establishment of his own successful ventures. 


Today, Marcus stands at the helm of Bluechip Transport and Hammer Lane & Sons Transportation as their esteemed CEO, infusing his leadership with the same vigor and determination that have characterized his illustrious career. 


A devoted family man, Marcus finds inspiration in his marriage, five children, and four grandchildren, propelling him to continually push boundaries and pursue excellence in all his endeavors.

Professionally recognized Business Owner and Educator, Alvin Mark Roberson, M.S.


Proud graduate of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Alvin earned his Master of Science in Sports Administration from Grambling State University and his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Prairie View A&M University. 


From 2002 to 2018, he built an impressive career as a Technical Educator, specializing in Information Technology, Business Information Management, Audio/Visual Technology, Accounting, Graphic Design, and the Arts. During his time as an educator, Alvin showcased his talents as an Assistant Coach, Special Teams & Offensive Coordinator, and Head Coach in various sports, including football, wrestling, and track & field, at both high school and college levels. 


He specializes in tax preparation and resolution for individuals and small businesses, with a strong emphasis on accounting and small business development. Notably, he has successfully supported more than thirty minority businesses in establishing themselves in Texas, showcasing his commitment to fostering economic growth and diversity.
