Cassondra, a native of Arkansas, founded Lamp Light Ministry in 2016 with the goal of
fulfilling the 'Great Commission' from Matthew 28:18-20. Missionary/evangelist Sneed, commencing her 17 th year in ministry, is a
scholar of the faith. She holds a Certification in Biblical Studies from Agape
College and a degree in Mission Ministry from Missionary Baptist Seminary,
demonstrating her deep understanding of the Scriptures and the church's
mission. Before embracing her ministry, Missionary Sneed served in
several impactful roles, including Public Relations director, alcohol and drug
abuse counselor, and LPN. She also founded a Home Care Service for the
elderly, leaving a lasting impact on the community. Her contributions have
been recognized with awards, including those for being an Extreme
Woman and a Trailblazer. She is presently a member of the First Assembly
Church in North Little Rock, AR.

Felix Maganjila is a visionary leader, passionate servant, and committed steward of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As the Chairman of the Board for Lamplight Ministry, he brings decades of leadership experience, a deep love for people, and a heart for advancing God’s Kingdom through outreach, discipleship, and practical ministry.
With a strong background in business, community development, and faith-based service, Felix plays a vital role in guiding the ministry’s strategic vision, ensuring good governance, and fostering unity among board members, partners, and volunteers. His commitment to integrity, excellence, and spiritual growth inspires those around him to serve with purpose and joy.
Originally from Tanzania and now serving communities in the United States and abroad, Felix embodies Lamplight Ministry’s global mission to be a beacon of light in a dark world. Under his leadership, the ministry continues to expand its impact through teaching, training, and transformational outreach—one soul at a time.

Bonnie brings to Lamp Light Ministry a wealth of experience, with thirty-four years in education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and a Master’s degree in Literacy Education from Texas Woman’s University.
Additionally, she completed the Educational Leadership Program at the University of North Texas-Dallas and holds certifications in Special Education, English as a Second Language, and Principal.

From 2002 to 2018, he built an impressive career as a Technical Educator, specializing in Information Technology, Business Information Management, Audio/Visual Technology, Accounting, Graphic Design, and the Arts. During his time as an educator, Alvin showcased his talents as an Assistant Coach, Special
Teams and Offensive Coordinator, and Head Coach in various sports, including football, wrestling, and track & field, at both high school and college levels.
