Cassandra Sneed, Founder
Cassondra Sneed, a native of Arkansas. Has over 30 years of experience working in the medical field. Her training and experience include:
Medical Assistant, Licensed Psychiatric Technical Nurse, and License Practical Nurse .
Successfully self- employed for over 20 years. She is the Director of a health care provider service - CS & Associates.
CS & Associates is a health care provider service that aims to deliver wellness services to the elderly in the comfort of their own homes.
Cassondra, a native of Arkansas, founded Lamp Light Ministry in 2016 with the goal of
fulfilling the 'Great Commission' from Matthew 28:18-20. Missionary/evangelist Sneed, commencing her 17 th year in ministry, is a
scholar of the faith. She holds a Certification in Biblical Studies from Agape
College and a degree in Mission Ministry from Missionary Baptist Seminary,
demonstrating her deep understanding of the Scriptures and the church's
mission. Before embracing her ministry, Missionary Sneed served in
several impactful roles, including Public Relations director, alcohol and drug
abuse counselor, and LPN. She also founded a Home Care Service for the
elderly, leaving a lasting impact on the community. Her contributions have
been recognized with awards, including those for being an Extreme
Woman and a Trailblazer. She is presently a member of the First Assembly
Church in North Little Rock, AR.
Felix Maganjila chairman
Felix Maganjila is a visionary leader, passionate servant, and committed steward of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As the Chairman of the Board for Lamplight Ministry, he brings decades of leadership experience, a deep love for people, and a heart for advancing God’s Kingdom through outreach, discipleship, and practical ministry.
With a strong background in business, community development, and faith-based service, Felix plays a vital role in guiding the ministry’s strategic vision, ensuring good governance, and fostering unity among board members, partners, and volunteers. His commitment to integrity, excellence, and spiritual growth inspires those around him to serve with purpose and joy.
Originally from Tanzania and now serving communities in the United States and abroad, Felix embodies Lamplight Ministry’s global mission to be a beacon of light in a dark world. Under his leadership, the ministry continues to expand its impact through teaching, training, and transformational outreach—one soul at a time.
Bonnie Wilborn secretary
Bonnie brings to Lamp Light Ministry a wealth of experience, with thirty-four years in education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and a Master’s degree in Literacy Education from Texas Woman’s University.
Additionally, she completed the Educational Leadership Program at the University of North Texas-Dallas and holds certifications in Special Education, English as a Second Language, and Principal.

Prosper Mawalla is an accomplished Software Project Manager with over ten years of experience in the tech industry. His track record includes successfully leading projects and implementing software solutions across diverse sectors such as healthcare, real estate, telecommunications, and food and beverage. Prosper's expertise spans product management, customer success management, and social
media marketing.
Prosper holds dual bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Central Arkansas. His extensive skill set and deep understanding of technology position him as a valuable asset to any organization.
Beyond his professional achievements, Prosper is a passionate advocate for languages and culture. Fluent in Swahili, he savors exploring varied cuisines and immersing himself in new cultural experiences during his travels. In his leisure time, he actively participates in a range of sports, embracing new challenges and staying physically engaged.
Alvin Roberson, treasurer
Professionally recognized Business Owner and Educator, Mr. Alvin Mark Roberson, M.S.
Proud graduate of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Alvin earned his Master of Science in Sports Administration from Grambling State University and his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Prairie View A&M University.
From 2002 to 2018, he built an impressive career as a Technical Educator, specializing in Information Technology, Business Information Management, Audio/Visual Technology, Accounting, Graphic Design, and the Arts. During his time as an educator, Alvin showcased his talents as an Assistant Coach, Special
Teams and Offensive Coordinator, and Head Coach in various sports, including football, wrestling, and track & field, at both high school and college levels.
He specializes in tax preparation and resolution for individuals and small businesses, with a strong emphasis on accounting and small business development. Notably, he has successfully supported more than thirty minority businesses in establishing themselves in Texas, showcasing his commitment to fostering economic growth and diversity.

Minister Willie C. Love II, a native of Arkansas, embraced his ministry calling at the young age of twenty-four. With over thirty years of experience, he passionately serves in the fields of young adult and prison ministry at Greater Second Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas.
His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock. Minister Love's ultimate desire is to exercise his
gifts in service of the Kingdom of God, seeking to fulfill His will.
